EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT – AUGUST 2015

I would like to thank Wallace Farm for your donation; it really made my Eagle Project possible. Here is the video from the workday.

JACKSON PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 2015

Dear Wallace Farm,

Thank you so much for your generous contribution of soil to our school yard garden beds. You have helped to provide us with an absolutely beautiful outdoor classroom space where teachers can hold exciting classes that will not only help students to develop a deeper understanding of life sciences, but to also develop an appreciation for the environment.

On our community build day, I overheard many parents commenting on how rich the soil was and how wonderful it was that our students would have such great garden beds to plant their flowers, fruits, and vegetables in. I am sure you will have many more families coming out from Kannapolis when it is time for them to purchase soil as they were beyond impressed. As our students study soil, the plant life cycle, and environmental impact, your soil will serve as the perfect resource in discussion of how to provide plants with the important nutrients they need in order to provide us with the nutrients we need through consumption of fruits and vegetables.

THUNDERBIRD PREPARATORY ACADEMY 2015
